Program Manager, IT Launch



Job Summary:



The Program Manager, IT Launch performs onsite IT duties within newly built clinics ("Centers") after construction to prepare them for grand opening. The Program Manager, IT Launch is required to travel heavily, flying to centers as required to support existing, new, or future planning efforts of brick-and-mortar centers. The role may launch multiple centers in a market concurrently to support the demands of the construction and grand opening timeline. The role will understand IT operations standards for center build out, physically install, cable manage, test, optimize, and fix anything that is unexpectedly not working. Additionally, they will work in a matrixed multi-faceted support team to ensure mutual success across the organization's shared goals. The Launch Manager may in some cases participate in post-grand-opening activities, such as providing team-oriented first-class service and support for colleagues and members (patients); then will hand off the completed center installation to the ongoing support team.



Duties/Responsibilities:



  • Provide exceptional customer service and stewardship that supports colleagues and members alike. If helping others isn't a top priority, this job may not be for you.
  • Understand all aspects of ArchWell Health IT infrastructure and operation standards at a deep level.
  • Ability to read, decipher, and understand construction documents and engineering standards as it pertains to IT.
  • Participate in the full lifecycle of construction planning and review documents for improvements. This may include traveling to review construction state, box walks to confirm power / data box placements, etc.
  • Communicate proactively to avoid misunderstandings, issues, or rework.
  • Complete IT installation of hardware, peripherals, medical devices, and other equipment to specification for centers.
  • Team oriented and exceptional team building attitude.
  • Test, control, and assure quality of the entire center's launch technology solutions, whether you did the work or not.
  • Project coordination / manager related tasks to ensure the successful completion of centers.



Required Skills/Abilities:



  • Knowledge of common user facing Launch technologies and solutions is required, medical device knowledge is preferred.
  • Strong comprehension of goals and objectives, and an ability to work autonomously to complete them.
  • Exceptional communication skills, internally and externally, including vendors and construction teams.
  • Exceptional cable management skills including measuring, cutting, piecing together various conduits, adhesives, etc. materials to complete a beautiful looking product for the end user's workstation.
  • Intrinsically motivated.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Able to read construction floorplans.
  • Hold yourself and others accountable.
  • Be coachable and willing to coach others.



Minimum Qualifications:



  • 2+ year degree in an IT field desired, but not required.
  • 2+ years working customer facing IT role desired.
  • Ability to travel 80% or more per year.
