SUMMARY

The Ambulatory Operations Analyst, will report to the Director of Ambulatory Business Operations, is responsible for identifying and solving issues relating to the performance of the business operations within the Ambulatory Division. The Operations Analyst uses vast amounts of data and information and is responsible for performing financial and operations analysis for the Ambulatory Division. The analyst is responsible for assisting with project management; providing operational and business data analysis; providing workflow mapping and process improvement support; assisting with data extraction and conversion; and any other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
  
• Master's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field Preferred
  
• One (1) or more years job related experience including business/data analytics and use of Excel and PowerPoint
  
• Two (2) or more years job related experience including business/data analytics Preferred
  
• Six Sigma Preferred
