Division and Unit Overview The Human Resources Division is responsible for developing and implementing human resources strategies and programs for the ACS. Human Resources provides operational and strategic resource support to all divisions with staffing, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, compensation administration, training and organization development, and succession planning. Position Summary Reports to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition and provides human resources consultation and support to ACS Hiring Managers on talent acquisition needs, using knowledge of various human resources functions, including recruitment, compensation, and benefits. Acts as a liaison to other human resources functions when necessary. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Position Accountabilities:

Bachelors of Human Resource Administration (required)
Experience
3 years: 3+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience (required)
