Warehouse Supervisor (2nd Shift) Schedule: Sunday-Thursday \| 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM Flexibility required-may need to cover other shifts as needed About the Role: Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for driving results? We're looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, from receiving to shipping. In this role, you'll ensure performance targets are met, maintain a safe and clean workspace, and motivate your team to excel in a fast-paced environment. What You'll Do: Oversee Operations Manage inbound/outbound shipments to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness. Promote Safety & Efficiency Champion workplace safety and ensure the proper use of materials-handling equipment. Lead the Team Train, mentor, and evaluate warehouse associates to support individual and team growth. Maintain Inventory Accuracy Safeguard stock integrity and help reduce shrinkage. Collaborate Across Teams Partner with buyers and operations teams to address issues like stock shortages and damages. Drive Continuous Improvement Analyze data to identify cost-saving opportunities and streamline workflows. What You'll Bring: Education: High school diploma or GED required Experience: Previous warehouse management experience, especially in inventory control and distribution Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Team-Oriented: Lead by example and collaborate effectively across departments Adaptable: Thrive in a fast-paced environment and embrace change Flexible: Willing to support other shifts as needed Why Join Us?
