In this position, you will:




  • Utilize SAP to execute daily manufacturing, distribution, and logistics transactions to ensure that the highest possible service levels are achieved daily
  • Assist with the expediting and troubleshooting of both outbound production and lab orders on a daily basis.
  • Track weekly/monthly CI & KPI data to assist Manufacturing Management with communication and feedback to the Manufacturing Staff to help drive Productivity improvements.
  • Assist the Production Support Supervisor with monthly KPI tracking and reporting.
  • Deliver samples to QC, boxes samples for delivery to customers, performs shipment transactions into transport systemssuch as FedEx and UPS.
  • Assist with Process Order Scrubbing, Lab communication as needed.
  • Work with QM to resolve quality related manufacturing or material problems.
  • Assist in the development of ISO Manufacturing Department documentation as needed.
  • Provide communication to key stakeholders within Givaudan, such as Customer Care, Planning, QC/QM, and Commercial.



Academic Background

A bachelor's degree or high school diploma with equivalent/relevant fragrance industry experience is required, with a minimum of three (3) years.

Technical Skills




  • Strong knowledge ofSAP ERP systems, logistics software, and "just in time" operational principles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills andcomputer proficiency, including database, PowerPoint, and Excel spreadsheet applications.
  • Good with numbers and possesses a strong working knowledge of inventory control processes and procedures
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to manage and effect change.



Compensation and Benefits:

The salary range for this position is $58,000 to $70,000 annually. Actual compensation will depend on individual qualifications. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a high-matching 401(k) retirement plan.

This role is 100% on-site, allowing for hands-on interaction and teamwork.
