We are looking to hire for this program, set to begin in August 2026, to join our Supply Chain department at our Cincinnati, OH location.

Your Future Position?

Givaudan Flavors Corporation is the world's leading developer and manufacturer of flavors and fragrances. Finding and developing today's best college graduates, who will one day become the future leaders of our company, is the primary goal of our Supply Chain Operations Leadership Program (SC OLP).

SC OLP Associates will participate in an 18- to 24-month program that combines structured learning and development with on-the-job training and project management opportunities. This program is ideal for graduates with an interest in applying core technical and problem-solving skills to a leadership role in a supply chain environment. We have positions available in our Cincinnati, OH, location.

Program Example:

• Core Supply Chain Rotations (12-18 months): SC OLP Associates will be assigned multiple rotations to provide them with an understanding of all areas important to the Supply Chain organization. During each rotation, you will be assigned a "Departmental Sponsor/Learning Leader" to oversee the associate's time, work and training in that area. Rotational opportunities may include: Demand Planning, Customer Care, Raw Materials Planning, Finished Goods Planning, Distribution, and Logistics.
• Cross-functional opportunities (integrated): SC OLP Associates will have the opportunity to have cross-functional rotations integrated into the core rotations focused on developing basic cross-functional exposure to other main areas within the business outside of the Supply Chain department. The cross-functional opportunities may include: Production, Warehouse Shipping & Receiving, Quality.
• Project Management (~1 month): Associates will be given projects to either manage as a rotation or participate in throughout the program
• International Rotation (~1 month): This is a wonderful opportunity to immerse oneself in the global community that is Givaudan.
• Leadership Development: Involves the transition of the associate into a leadership role within Givaudan. Associates will begin developing skills to target the responsibility of supervising and coordinating all efforts related to the tactical daily operation of the department.

Primary Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree within Supply Chain, Operations Management, Industrial Management, Engineering, or related area
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a supply chain or related setting
• Willingness to complete an international rotational assignment
• Demonstrated supervisory and leadership experience
