We are currently seeking an IT Support Technician to join our dedicated, onsite IT function based at our Vacoas-Phoenix site here in Mauritius.

In this role you will:

• Assist in resolving internal customer IT issues.
• Deploy, move, migrate and retire computer systems whilst minimising business impact, and maximise their efficiency
• Maintain, modify and support existing applications
• Carry out maintenance of production related equipment
• Seek opportunities to automate processes and reduce repetition of work
• Ensure equipment, software and hardware are in compliance with directives from SGS
• Continuously work to improve technology solutions

You will have:

• Helpdesk Support experience - or a keen interest in computing/technology, with a desire to develop your career within IT
