The Quantum Systems team is seeking a Principal Engineering Planning Coordinator to drive bottoms-up planning and execution across mechanical and cryogenic engineering for a large-scale quantum computer. You'll define workstreams, set milestones, manage vendor execution, and create clear, reliable status visibility across our hardware portfolio. ResponsibilitiesLead bottoms-up planning with mechanical and cryogenic leads; convert design intents into workstreams, milestones, budgets, and risked schedules Build integrated plans spanning cryogenic packaging, shielding, dilution refrigerator subsystems, cabling/wiring, and filtering Maintain a single source of truth for scope, dependencies, interfaces, and handoffs Coordinate cryogenic packaging for quantum devices and ensure thermalization down the stack Own vendor strategy, SOWs, delivery schedules for cryogenic equipment, fabrication, machining, and test services Stand up crisp dashboards for schedule, cost, risks, and mitigations; deliver executive-ready weekly snapshots Identify bottlenecks early and drive resolution Other:Embody our Culture and Values | |
