Summary of Job Description:

The Manager, Remodel Projects is responsible for leading and executing the administrative function for the Remodel/Refresh and/or Roll Out projects within Facilities Department. Projects include nationwide store Remodel/Refreshes, equipment Roll Outs and special assigned projects in collaboration with other departments, business partners, and Operators. This position manages all facets of project management, which includes providing project guidance and direction to achieve project goals, leading cross-functional collaboration, equipment forecasting and ordering, general manager and installation scheduling, vendor management, invoice management, and follow up with all stakeholders to ensure service needs are met.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Recruits, selects, and develops an effective Remodel team.Provides leadership, coaching and development to the team to meet the department's people planning and development goals.
  • Leads the administrative function for Remodel/Refresh and/or Roll Out projects and other special assigned projects within Facilities.
  • Creates scope of work and project delivery requirements. Tracks progress of project against goals, objectives, approved budget, and timeline
  • Manages vendor relations with business partners for multiple projects. Participates in cross-functional collaboration with different departments for overall logistics, budgeting, forecasting, and planning for each project
  • Implements changes in general contractor purchase orders, and provides recommendations and assessments related to changes in project scope and project risks
  • Collaborates with Operators, business partners, Facilities Managers and other departments to ensure all project requirements are met.
  • Oversees equipment ordering, installation and scheduling, management of vendors and vendor invoices and payment.
  • Approves invoices for equipment ordering and installation for related projects.

Your background & experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
  • Minimum five years of business and facilities support experience, preferably in a retail/hospitality environment, with increasing management responsibility
  • Successful completion of initial and periodically required trainings.
  • Obtaining a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is a requirement of this position.

Pay Range: M2: $112,500 - $158,000 / Annual

* Within the range, individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience.
