Position Summary:

As a Senior NetSuite Integration Developer at Sikich, you will play a pivotal role in connecting NetSuite ERP with a diverse range of external systems and applications. Your expertise will enable our clients to unlock the full potential of their NetSuite environments by designing, developing, and managing custom integrations that enhance business process automation, data flow, and reporting capabilities. This position challenges you to solve complex technical problems, collaborate across teams, oversee other developers, and continuously learn the latest technologies, making you a cornerstone in our clients' digital transformation journeys. You will work closely with functional consultants, project managers, and clients to understand integration requirements, architect scalable solutions, and deliver robust, secure, and maintainable integrations

What will you do in this role?

  • Integration Design & Development: Architect, develop, and deploy customized integrations using middleware or NetSuite SuiteTalk as per specifications. Able to prioritize and deliver across multiple projects.
  • Requirements Gathering: Work with clients and functional consultants to analyze business processes and technical requirements for integration projects, translating them into actionable development tasks and technical specifications.
  • Technical Documentation: Produce clear, comprehensive documentation for integration solutions, including data mappings, API endpoints, process flows, configuration guides, and support materials.
  • Testing & Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test plans to verify data accuracy, process integrity, reliability, and performance of integrations. Troubleshoot and resolve defects proactively.
  • Lead & Mentorship: Direct and oversee the work of other developers to deliver per specifications. Perform code reviews, assist in troubleshooting, and mentor developers to build technical and consulting skill sets.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with NetSuite administrators, functional consultants, and client IT teams to ensure seamless delivery and operation of integration solutions.
  • Security & Compliance: Ensure integrations adhere to best practices for data security, privacy, and regulatory compliance, including user authentication, authorization, and audit tracking.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of NetSuite platform updates, third-party integration tools, and industry trends. Advocate for innovative solutions to improve performance and scalability.

What do you need to succeed in this role?

  • Minimum 7 years of NetSuite experience - must understand NetSuite Standard Process Flows, such as Order to Cash and Procure to Pay, and integration patterns (SuiteTalk).
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience withCeligo a must
  • Experience in JavaScript, HTML a plus
  • API Proficiency: Proven ability to design, consume, and troubleshoot RESTful and SOAP APIs. Experience with JSON, XML, and middleware solutions.
  • Database Skills: Knowledge of relational databases, data modeling, and SQL queries
  • Prior experience working in a consulting environment is preferred.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills, creative thinking, and a drive for continuous improvement. Ability to independently diagnose and resolve integration problems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to building positive client relationships. Experience gathering requirements and presenting solutions directly to customers.
  • NetSuite Certified SuiteCloud Developer, Celigo Core Builder or similar relevant certifications are highly desirable.

In compliance with this state's pay transparency laws, the midpoint of the salary range for this role is $130,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
