Title: Operational Technology (OT) Cybersecurity Manager
Location: Remote

Salary: $116,000-$170,000

Focus: The Operational Technology (OT) Cybersecurity Manager is responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of Olin's OT systems, which are vital to the organization's infrastructure. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain robust cybersecurity measures that protect Olin's OT environment from potential threats and vulnerabilities.

Operational Technology (OT) Cybersecurity Manager Essential Job Functions:

  • Develop and manage a cybersecurity team focused on Operational Technology.
  • Develop and enforce cybersecurity policies, procedures, and standards for OT systems.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability analyses on OT systems.
  • Develop and maintain an incident response plan for OT-related cybersecurity incidents.
  • Monitor OT networks and systems for unusual activities and potential security breaches.
  • Collaborate with IT and OT teams to ensure seamless integration of cybersecurity measures.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to OT cybersecurity.
  • Evaluate, implement, and maintain OT cybersecurity tools and technologies.
  • Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation of OT cybersecurity policies, procedures, and incident reports.
  • Serve as a technical liaison and align the IT and Operational Technology (OT) organizational units to ensure production facilities, operations, and systems are following security best practices
  • Contribute to the development of strategic OT/ICS Cybersecurity initiatives, technology projects, and security programs across Olin.

Operational Technology (OT) Cybersecurity Manager Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree* in Cybersecurity, Network Security, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, GICSP, or CEH are preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience focused on cybersecurity and/or OT systems with 2 years of direct people management experience.
  • Proficiency in cybersecurity technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, antivirus software, and network administration and monitoring tools required.
  • Demonstrated understanding of OT/ICS critical infrastructure, including an understanding of threats, vulnerabilities, attack paths, and exploits in an OT/ICS environment.
  • Experience with frameworks and standards such as NIST 800-53, NIST 800-82, NIST IR 8183, NIST CSF, ISA/IEC-62443, MITRE ATT&CK / D3FEND.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential security threats and vulnerabilities with high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex cybersecurity concepts to non-technical stakeholders and demonstrated ability to influence others, work effectively, and communicate effectively at all levels with operations, design, projects, vendors, on-site personnel, peers, etc.
  • Prior Olin experience in a relevant position preferred.
  • This position requires access to ITAR controlled technical data, and as such, employment will be contingent upon the candidate's ability to access ITAR controlled technical data pursuant to an export license approved by the Directorate of Defense Trade Controls, if required.
