Key Responsibilities:

The SAP Business Analyst Manufacturing will be responsible for the following:

  • Responsible for the SAP S/4 HANA SCM-Manufacturing global template, including business process design and adoption of standard ERP functionality.
  • Serve as a key advisor to the business on continuous improvement and stabilization of the current global manufacturing template.
  • Serve as the key resource for the manufacturing functionality within the SAP platform and SAP Enterprise Warehouse Management (EWM) which supports our Value-Add manufacturing processes.
  • Maintain and support existing Global SAP Supply Chain Management (SCM) functionality, including leading complex troubleshooting and error resolution efforts.
  • Collaborate with other teams and business stakeholders to ensure that the business leverages the full manufacturing functionality of SAP, troubleshoots, and resolves ERP-related hardware, software, user access, or other problems.
  • Analyze and support Master Data Management specific to Global SAP manufacturing and own key Master Data elements for Supply Chain team.
  • Participate in the new business requirements discussions for SAP SCM enhancements and projects, including design, configuration, and testing of new configuration changes.
  • Promote leveraging standard functionality in S/4 HANA and drives alignment to reduce RICEWF.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for SAP SCM-MFG processes and procedures related to global manufacturing and quality functionality.
  • Provide system training and workshops to end users.
  • Create and maintain architectural design and specifications documentation and operating procedures.

* Telecommuting permitted less than 50% from local area

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: Base rate of $150,000 per year

Minimum Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree (U.S. or foreign) in Computer Science, Computer Applications, Information Technology, or a closely related field

Experience: 5 years of experience in an SAP Analyst related occupation

Special skills and requirements: Must have experience with the following:

  • Experience with SAP cross Functional Modules, such as SAP Material Management, SAP Sales and Distribution and its Integration with SAP SCM;
  • Experience in managing and configuring EDI functionalities;
  • Experience within the SAP system, including setting up trading partner profiles, mapping data between internal SAP Systems and external trading partners, monitoring EDI transactions, troubleshooting errors, and ensuring smooth data exchange with business partners;
  • Experience with SAP Master Data requirement such as Material Master Data, BOM related Data, Partner Profiles etc. to configure the SAP system according to the business needs;
  • Experience with Stock transfer Order process, Production cycle, SAP Purchasing process and Inventory management and
  • Experience handling Incident/Service Request and the Enhancement and SAP change management Process.
