Effingham Technology Center Test Proctor

The test proctor monitors exams for technology enhanced courses.

Essential Job Functions:

1. Explain testing procedures and rules to individuals being tested.
2. Administer tests.
3. Forwared completed tests to designated locations.
4. Assist Kluthe Center Administrative Assistant and Director with support (answering phones servicing walk-ins).
5. Other duties as assigned.

Education Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Experience with computer technology and working with diverse individuals.

• Word, Excel and internet technologies experience preferred.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills, computer skills.

• Positive attitude, ability to work with people, detail oriented, self-starter, one-time, neat appearance. Ability to work nights and as needed.
