Johns Hopkins Health System is seeking a dedicated, independent and experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join the Johns Hopkins Imaging Department. The selected candidate will manage complex patient cases, managing their pre and post procedural care, and ensure adherence to established protocols in the clinical setting. The Johns Hopkins Imaging Department provides clinical management of adult and pediatric patients undergoing radiological imaging for diagnostic purposes, ie. x-rays, fluoroscopic exams, MRI exams, ultrasound exams, nuclear medicine and positron emissions tomography (PET) exams. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: Patient coordination/chart review, medication review, kidney function. Day of Scan duties: Patient prep, Ensuring proper heart rate lowering medication and nitroglycerin orders in EPIC, decisions about med. dosing, including repeat/additional dosing, education, crisis intervention, side effect management and sedation. Shifts: Fulltime, 5 8-hour day shifts Location: JHH and GSS; Hybrid Qualifications: * MSN as a CRNP from an accredited nursing program required. Active Maryland CRNP license and Maryland or Compact RN license is required

Salary Range: Minimum 53.15/hour - Maximum 82.38/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
