  Major Responsibility Areas And Duties
 Experience in Aircraft Repair at MRO or Airline levelPrevious Aircraft Maintenance training experienceCompleted Gen Fams for Boeing, Airbus, and other aircraft makes and modelsDemonstrated ability to read, understand, and explain aircraft structural drawings
 
  Additional Duties
 Teach classes on a scheduled basis, creating an inclusive and welcoming environment that fosters student engagement and enhances learning in aircraft maintenance.Develop and refine curriculum, prepare course materials, and schedule classes, ensuring alignment with industry standards.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom and laboratory environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly maintained for student use.Establish and maintain accurate academic and attendance records for each student, submitting attendance, grades, evaluations, and other documentation as required by procedures.Assist in managing the inventory of department equipment and supplies, submitting replenishment requests to the Supervisor or appropriate personnel as needed.Monitor student attendance closely, alerting the Supervisor to any absences which could lead to potential retention issues.
 
  Physical Requirements And Environmental Conditions
 Complete other tasks and projects assigned by the Supervisor, contributing to the overall success of the aircraft maintenance program.
 
  
 Ability to perform work utilizing a computer for extended periods of time.Ability to sit for extended periods of time in a normal office environment.Ability to stand and speak to large groups of personnel for an extended amount of time.Minimal off shift and weekend assignments may be required when needed.Ability to operate and train sheet metal fabrication and safety equipment necessary to perform the job.
