  • Define and document business requirements for data transformation and validation.
  • Validate mappings across legal entities and business units to ensure consistency and compliance.

M&A Integration Leadership

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data strategies with business goals and operational realities.

Functional-Technical Translation

  • Translate business needs into technical specifications and actionable data migration plans.
  • Facilitate collaboration between ERP, analytics, and business teams to ensure seamless integration.

ERP Migration Execution

  • Partner with Data Analytics and ERP migration teams to define source-to-target mappings.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of mapping logic, transformation rules, and test results for auditability and scalability.

Stakeholder Enablement

  • Support acquisition teams with training, documentation, and adoption strategies.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and operational readiness across technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • An equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience will also be considered.
  • 10+ years of industry experience, ideally within enterprise environments (AEG preferred).
  • Proven experience as an ERP Analyst or in a similar role, with at least 8+ years of hands-on experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics (D365FO/CE preferred)

Required Technical Skills

  • Candidates with 5+ years of experience in data migration projects and ERP data migration are preferred.
  • Proven experience in ERP data migration, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O/CE.
  • Strong understanding of data structures, reconciliation techniques, and cross-system integration.
  • Experience supporting M&A initiatives and working across legal entities.
  • Proficiency in SQL, data mapping, and test plan development.
  • Experience with data migration processes, including extraction, transformation, and loading of data.
  • Familiarity with SQL and data analysis tools for reporting purposes.
  • Familiarity with the underlying technologies and infrastructure of the ERP system.
  • Knowledge of database concepts and experience with database management systems used by the ERP system.
  • Ability to integrate the ERP system with other enterprise systems and third-party applications.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive strategic outcomes.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to analyse complex business problems, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions.
  • Must have experience analysing cross-application dependencies - for instance, understanding how requests would affect Dayforce, CE, existing integrations, etc.
  • Demonstrated success in completing projects as a team member, with solid business process knowledge in data migration, governance, and related focus areas.
