We are hiring Insurance Customer Service Representatives at Troy, Michigan! Key Responsibilities: * Handle 35-45 inbound calls daily (average call duration: 11-14 minutes) * Address insurance servicing inquiries from borrowers, insurance agents, and financial institutions * Topics include homeowners insurance, payments, and coverage * Navigate multiple systems to research and document calls * Ensure accurate and timely responses that meet internal and external standards * Demonstrate strong problem-solving and resolution skills * Maintain professionalism in all interactions Requirements: * Minimum 1 year of recent customer service experience (call center preferred, front desk/admin acceptable) * High School Diploma or GED * Proficient in using a Windows PC * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Reliable internet connection (for remote training/work) * Reliable transportation Nice to have Qualifications: * Experience in Insurance or Mortgage servicing Job Details: Location: Troy, Michigan Tentative Start Date: September 29, 2025 Work Set-up: On site but may transition into Hybrid depending on work performance! Schedule: 30 Day training - 9:30AM - 6:30PM Post Training shift: 10:30AM - 7:00PM Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.50/hr.
