We're looking for a Customer Service Representative who will be the friendly, knowledgeable voice behind our email and chat support channels. You'll be helping online shoppers navigate their experiences, resolve issues, and feel confident in our services-all while working with a supportive team that values collaboration, curiosity, and continuous improvement.
What You'll Do Daily Responsibilities: * Respond to customer inquiries via email (90%) and chat (10%) with professionalism and positivity. * Investigate and resolve customer concerns by identifying root causes and offering clear solutions. * Update customer records and accounts accurately. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolutions. * Follow up with customers to confirm satisfaction and resolution. Periodic Responsibilities: * Spot trends in customer feedback and share insights with leadership. * Recommend process improvements to enhance the customer experience. * Help onboard and mentor new team members. * Coordinate with merchant affiliate networks. * Extend bonuses in cases of Cash Back denials. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
