Job Title: Case worker/Social worker (Child Protection/Child Abuse) Location: Providence RI 02903 Duration: 06+ months Hours/week: 35 hrs Pay Rate: $24/hr W2 Roles and Responsibilities: Complete all the clerical tasks as it relates to creating the file folders w/ the dividers, finalize approvals and closures of provider records which includes filing of the records in either active or closed file drawers for all 5 units. Print and send out all licenses. Gather all time sheets; create a PowerPoint will all time sheets until new system is fully operational Complete RICHIST checklists (adding dates documents have been rec'd), enter basic provider activity notes when fingerprint results are received; as well verify information already entered on checklists. File paperwork in in provider records. Complete and prepare all Adam Walsh's with my assistance. Process the daily mail, check the fax machine etc. Request closed records. Other tasks as requested.
