We are looking for a results-driven, strategically-focused Senior Manager, Legal Operations - Business & Finance to join Procore's Legal, Regulatory & Compliance (LRC) Department. This is a leadership role with a dual mission: to expertly manage LRC's core business operations while helping to guide the department's evolution in an AI-centric era. As a key strategic partner to the VP of Legal Operations, you will be a central figure in driving the department's effectiveness and financial performance, with analysis and recommendations that will regularly inform LRC's Leadership Team. You'll ensure that our financial and resource strategies not only support but accelerate LRC's transformation, working alongside our legal tech team and department leadership, while managing a small team. This role is for a versatile leader who has seen what excellence looks like at scale and is driven by a healthy disdain for the status quo. You will be empowered to both successfully navigate the complexities of the present and build a more efficient, data-driven future. As a Senior Manager, Legal Operations, you will be a key member of the Legal Operations team, working closely with various internal stakeholders, including LRC, Finance, IT, Procurement, HR, and other internal operations leaders. Base Pay Range $144,000 - $198,000. Eligible for Bonus Incentive Compensation. Eligible for Equity Compensation.
