*Description*
Our client is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a high-impact initiative to transition our current Content Management System (CMS) to Sitecore XM Cloud. This is a large-scale "lift and shift" project that will require strategic planning, cross-functional leadership, and deep expertise in governance, design decision-making, and stakeholder management. Key Responsibilities: * Program Leadership: Own the end-to-end delivery of the CMS transformation program, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budget. * Governance & Strategy: Establish and enforce governance frameworks to ensure consistency, quality, and compliance throughout the project lifecycle. * Design Oversight: Make informed design decisions in collaboration with technical and business stakeholders to ensure scalable and user-friendly solutions. * Team Management: Lead cross-functional teams including developers, designers, content strategists, and external partners. Keep teams focused and aligned with project milestones. * Budget Management: Develop and manage the program budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost control. * Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for executive sponsors, business units, and technical teams. Communicate progress, risks, and mitigation strategies effectively. * Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation plans to keep the program on track. * Change Management: Support organizational change efforts related to the new CMS platform, including training, documentation, and adoption strategies. Qualifications: * Proven experience managing large-scale CMS transformation or digital platform projects. * Strong understanding of Sitecore XM Cloud or similar enterprise CMS platforms. * Expertise in program governance, design decision-making, and stakeholder management. * Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex budgets. * Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. * Experience in agile and waterfall project methodologies. Preferred: * Sitecore certification or hands-on experience with Sitecore implementations. * Background in digital marketing, content strategy, or enterprise IT. *Additional Skills & Qualifications* * This position will be hybrid, they'll need to be onsite from time to time. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $75.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
