Learning (Organizational & Grantee Capacity Building) - Guide RIZE's engagement with grantees on evaluation principles and skills. - Help grantees develop individualized evaluation frameworks using RIZE templates and ensure effective data collection and analysis. - Co-lead learning check-ins with grantees, synthesizing quantitative and qualitative findings to identify themes, barriers, and needs. - Participate in coalitions and community events to engage stakeholders in evaluation insights.
