 , We Are Currently Hiring a Brewing Operator - Breinigsville, PA This position is responsible for monitoring and carrying out brew house, fermenting, filtration, blending processes, and operations. Candidates must be self-starters willing to accept "operational responsibility" and work any shift, including weekends.  What You'll Brew 
  
 Monitor and directly manage:
 
    
 Brew HouseFermentingFiltrationBlending processes and operations
Record and troubleshoot process data (temperature, flow, etc.)Communicate effectively across teamsSupply lines with material or productPerform cleaning, sanitation, and foaming dutiesAccurately enter inventory records in ERP system at point of useTroubleshoot and escalate inventory discrepanciesSanitize equipment using:
 
    
 Foaming equipmentHoses, brooms, shovels, brushes, scrapers, squeegeesChemicals
Unload materials from:
 
    
 Rail carsTrucksTotes, drums, pallets
Participate in continuous improvement initiativesOperate forklifts safely and effectivelyPerform quality checks, testing, and complete paperworkConduct equipment and product changeovers using toolsAssist other operators and departments with:
 
    
 TrainingRepair workEquipment operation
Perform work and cleaning in confined space areasSupport overtime needs, including:
 
    
 12-hour shiftsNights, weekends, holidays
  Working Conditions 
  
 Tolerate summer/winter temperature conditions and hot/cold room environmentsWork in a complex, equipment-dense environment requiring high situational awarenessWork overtime as needed (12-hour days, weekends, holidays)Clean and work in confined areas such as tanks and vessels

 Physical Requirements 
  
 Pass a pre-employment physical examMay require respirator use and fit testRegular walking/standing for up to 11 hours on various surfacesClimb stairs, work from heights or elevated platformsWear assigned PPE (safety shoes, gloves, facemask, hearing protection, hard hat)Lift at least 60 lbsForklift operators may need to sit for prolonged periods and have strong peripheral vision and depth perception
 Compensation 
  
 Level: 9In accordance with pay transparency laws the pay rate for this role if hired is $22.40 per hour.
