Job Responsibilities Flow Cytometrist ISponsor-Embedded | Princeton, NJ Are you a hands-on scientist who thrives at the bench and enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative laboratory environment? Join our Clinical Flow Cytometry team and contribute directly to critical clinical studies while working onsite within a leading sponsor's laboratory. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in precision, consistency, and generating high-quality clinical data in a regulated clinical research setting. This is a fully in-lab position where your work directly supports clinical development programs. You'll gain meaningful experience operating within industry standards while building technical depth in flow cytometry alongside an engaged and supportive team. What You'll Do As a Flow Cytometrist I, you will support clinical study assays and daily laboratory operations by:

Salary Range: $35,600.00 - $60,400.00The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position.
