Department OverviewMotorola Solutions is a world leader in the field of professional mobile communications systems with an impressive heritage of technological innovations and a global base of installed systems. The Senior Account Executive/Manager is responsible for sales, building relationships with key business influencers and decision makers, driving targeted campaigns, customer account planning, pipeline development and overall account management for assigned customers in South Dakota as well as parts of the Minneapolis metro and southern Minnesota. The Products and Services portfolio includes all of Motorola's Communications, Video and Software technology solutions for government and public safety customers. Job DescriptionThe Senior Account Manager/Executive (AE) will work with the T5N leadership team to drive/develop and implement a comprehensive territory sales plan and build relationships with all key buying influencers covering the full portfolio of Motorola Solutions' products and services for Government and Public Safety. The AE will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

**Preferred candidates will reside in Minnesota or South Dakota.** Target Base Salary Range: $90,000 -$105,000 USD Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity.
