Staffmark is hiring Production Operators in Burnsville, MN. Join a fast-paced, supportive manufacturing team and help produce high-quality products while gaining skills and advancing your career.

Pay: $19.00/hr

Schedule: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday - Friday

Responsibilities:



  • Operate production equipment safely and efficiently, following standard procedures.
  • Assemble, hand-pack, repackage, box, palletize, and label products as needed.
  • Inspect products for quality, report issues, and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Keep work areas clean and organized.
  • Perform equipment setup, troubleshooting, and basic preventative maintenance.
  • Follow production schedules and support continuous workflow.
  • Assist with training, process improvements, and team initiatives.
  • Other duties as assigned to support production goals.



Requirements:



  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years of production or machine operation experience preferred.
  • Ability to follow instructions, troubleshoot equipment, and maintain quality standards.
  • Capable of lifting up to 40 lbs regularly, and up to 75-150 lbs occasionally.
  • Able to stand/walk for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks using arms and hands.
  • Comfortable working in varying temperatures, noise, and exposure to fumes with required PPE.
  • Reliable, positive attitude, able to work in a fast-paced team environment, cross-train, and work overtime as needed.
