Are you detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in administration and order processing? Staffmark is seeking an Invoice Administrator in Farmington, CT

Pay & Schedule:



  • $20.00 per hour
  • Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM



What You'll Do:



  • Manage administrative tasks for invoices, shipments, and exports
  • Maintain accurate digital and physical records
  • Coordinate with branches and customers to ensure timely communication
  • Generate reports and send order updates as needed
  • Create deliveries in SAP (training provided)
  • Use Microsoft Outlook and Excel for daily communication and data management



What We're Looking For:



  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
  • Familiarity with ERP systems; SAP experience is a plus but training is provided
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience in customer service or a union environment preferred
  • Comfortable working in a manufacturing setting
  • Strong attention to detail, communication, and time management skills
  • Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed
