We are seeking a skilled Preventative Maintenance Mechanic in Bay City, TX to maintain, repair, and troubleshoot a variety of equipment. This role is essential in ensuring the efficiency and reliability of our client's continued growth and success in global logistics. Schedule: Sunday Night through Friday Morning, 10pm to 6am, with overtime when needed. Flexibility to work on day shift as needed is required. Pay Rate: $26.50 - $29.50/hr. (Depending on experience) Essential Tasks: This role involves performing regular inspections and preventive maintenance on heavy equipment to ensure reliability. Responsibilities include diagnosing and troubleshooting issues in diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and electrical components while utilizing schematics and diagnostic tools for repairs. Accurate record-keeping of maintenance activities is essential, along with strong teamwork and a commitment to workplace safety.
