Production Associate

Available Shifts & Pay:

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM | Rotating 2/2/3 Schedule | $16/hr
• 2nd Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM (Monday-Thursday; must be available Fridays as needed) | $17/hr

What You'll Do:

• Safely operate machinery and equipment in a fast-paced environment
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
• Pack and prepare finished goods for shipment
• Operate forklifts (reach truck) to move materials and maintain inventory flow
• Support team operations by maintaining a clean and organized workspace
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures

Job Requirements:

• Prior experience: 6 months for Packers; 1 year+ for all other positions
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Team-oriented mindset with reliable attendance
