Staffmark is hiring an experienced Material Handler to join a dedicated team in Springville, AL. If you have forklift, crane, or hoist experience and take pride in keeping materials organized and flowing efficiently, this is the role for you!

Pay & Schedule:



  • $20.78/hour
  • 1st Shift | Monday - Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM



Responsibilities:



  • Load and unload materials and goods from trucks
  • Store incoming materials in designated warehouse locations
  • Build steel parts kits for trailer production and report missing components
  • Pick orders and deliver materials to the appropriate departments
  • Maintain 5S standards in warehouse and loading areas
  • Operate equipment including sit-down forklifts, cranes, and hoists
  • Follow all safety guidelines and procedures



Qualifications:



  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of material handling experience
  • Experience with sit-down forklifts, overhead cranes, or hoists
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
