Job Description |
Undergraduate/Graduate Research Assistants in Physical Therapy will support faculty-led research projects by assisting with clinical data collection, analysis, and implementation of research protocols. Responsibilities may include:
- Maintaining, cleaning, organizing, and preparing lab environments
- Recruiting and scheduling study participants
- Administering functional assessments
- Collecting and managing data from motion analysis or other clinical systems
- Keeping detailed records of findings
Students may also work with analytical and clinical software such as
MATLAB, Qualisys, Visual 3D, and Power BI, and contribute to literature reviews or research documentation.
This position provides hands-on experience in clinical research processes, data interpretation, and evidence-based practices. It is especially valuable for students interested in human movement science and rehabilitation, particularly those planning to pursue graduate studies. |

Strong communication and critical thinking skills are essential. Candidates should be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a research team.
