Join a leading manufacturing team and play a key role in ensuring production efficiency and product quality. Position Details Shift: 1st Shift \| Monday-Thursday \| 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM Salary: $60,000 - $100,000 (Depending on Experience) What You'll Do Set up and adjust injection molding machines (molds, temperature, pressure). Run test cycles and make necessary adjustments. Manage mold changeovers and communicate with the Production Manager. Oversee material drying and assist with auxiliary equipment maintenance. Monitor material inventory and update the Purchasing Manager. Perform quality checks, identify defects, and report issues. Troubleshoot production problems and support maintenance tasks. Document processes, maintain records, and support Lean Manufacturing improvements. Communicate mold room updates and work independently or in a team setting. What We're Looking For Technical degree or vocational training (preferred). 5+ years of injection molding experience (preferred). Proficiency with Windows PC applications.
