Class B CDL Driver

Staffmark Drivers is seeking experienced Class B CDL Drivers in Nashville, TN! Join our team and enjoy the perk of being home every day while delivering general freight across a local 250-mile radius.

Pay: $23.00/hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 6:00 AM start

Job Details:

• Local delivery routes within a 250-mile radius
• Touch freight | General freight hauling
• Unload using pallet jack, dolly, and liftgate
• Lift up to 75 lbs
• Vehicle: 26 ft box truck

Job Duties:

• Perform vehicle safety inspections before, during, and after dispatch
• Maintain cleanliness of the truck and report maintenance issues
• Represent the company professionally at all times
• Read and interpret shipping orders and exception forms
• Complete routes as scheduled to meet customer delivery timelines
• Complete 3-day training on a different shift, then operate own route

Required Qualifications:

• Valid CDL Class B license
• Valid DOT Medical Card
• Clear FMCSA Clearinghouse report
• Acceptable MVR and ability to pass pre-employment screening(s)
• At least 1 year of verifiable driving experience
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
• Dress code: casual, plain-colored shirt tucked in with belt, no holes in pants, work boots or shoes
