1st Shift | Monday - Friday | $16.50 per hour

Required Skills & Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred
• Basic mechanical aptitude, math skills, and problem-solving ability
• Ability to read, interpret, and follow instructions from drawings, blueprints, and work orders
• Strong teamwork, reliability, and communication skills
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a lean manufacturing environment (5S, Kanban)
• Flexibility to work extra hours, including weekends, when needed

Preferred Experience

• Previous manufacturing, assembly, or machining experience

Manufacturing Associate Summary

Perform light assembly, basic machining, and packaging of products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role requires attention to quality, safety, and efficiency, and offers an opportunity to grow within a team-focused, lean manufacturing culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform light assembly, machining, and packaging according to work assignments and production schedules
• Read and interpret assembly drawings, blueprints, and BOMs
• Inspect work for quality and accuracy, ensuring compliance with production standards
• Operate basic machinery and hand tools including saws, drills, paint sprayers, hoists, and measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, tape measures)
• Monitor and replenish raw materials to maintain workflow
• Prepare and package products for shipment
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation according to 5S and lean principles
• Follow safety procedures and proactively identify workplace hazards
• Assist with other tasks or departments as needed
