Operations Lead

Staffmark is hiring an Operations Lead in Mucungie, PA! Lead a team on-site, oversee production tasks, and ensure quality standards are met in an automotive assembly environment, including auto parts and Mack Truck assembly.

Pay: $26-$27/hr (depending on experience)

Shift: Monday - Friday | Day Shift

What You'll Do

• Lead daily production and assembly tasks, including sorting and inspection
• Communicate with QLS customer stakeholders to ensure project goals are met
• Collaborate with assembly teams and other departments to achieve daily objectives
• Support team members and guide workflow for efficiency and quality

What We're Looking For

• 1+ year of operations lead experience in manufacturing, assembly, or automotive
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong communication and team leadership skills
• Detail-oriented and capable of managing workflow in a fast-paced environment
