Are you an experienced project manager with a passion for marketing and collaboration? We're looking for a Project Manager in Richmond, IN that is ready to take the next step in their career.

Salary: $65,000 - $75,000/yr. (Depending on experience)

Schedule: 7am - 4pm or 8am - 5pm

Key Responsibilities:



  • Serve as subject matter expert, project lead, and primary contact for internal and external coordination.
  • Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and objectives; monitor risks and resolve issues.
  • Coordinate communication across teams, departments, vendors, and customers for seamless execution.
  • Oversee billing activities, resolve discrepancies, and support workflow management and reporting improvements.




Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in print/visual media.
  • Skilled in project management, budgeting, planning, and workflow optimization.
  • Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities.
