Staffmark is hiring an experienced CNC Mill Machinist to join a top-tier manufacturing team in Huber Heights, OH. This is a stable, hands-on role offering great pay, excellent benefits, and opportunities for overtime.

Pay & Schedule:



  • $24.00/hour
  • Day Shift | Monday - Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
  • Overtime available Fridays and Saturdays as needed



Responsibilities:



  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specs to determine dimensions and tolerances
  • Follow router instructions and complete sequences of operation
  • Load and unload raw materials and parts (up to 50 lbs.)
  • Set up, start, and monitor machine operations; make adjustments as needed
  • Inspect parts using precision measurement tools
  • Run first-piece validation and ensure consistent production quality
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals



Qualifications:



  • 2-4 years of CNC milling experience
  • Proficiency in G & M codes and GD&T
  • Strong blueprint reading and troubleshooting skills
  • Detail-oriented, dependable, and safety-focused
  • Commitment to quality and teamwork
