Position Title: Production
Wage: $15.25/Hour Shifts: 1st, 2nd Hours: 6:30am-5:00pm; 5:00 PM - 3:30 AM (Monday - Thursday Overtime as needed) QPS Employment Group has multiple openings on 1st & 2nd shift with overtime available at a great company in Burlington, IA. Stop out Thursdays from 1-4pm at KPI Concepts (1415 W Mt Pleasant St, West Burlington, IA) for on-site interviews, facility tours, and to meet with our QPS recruiter. Production Responsibilities: - Performs any assembly-type function, using hand or power tools - Fasten parts together with bolts, screws, speed clips, rivets, or fasteners - Work at a different work stations as production needs required - Identify parts used on their assigned product line, and their placement location on the product itself - Maintain work area in clean, safe and orderly manner - Use of pallet jack to move product Requirements For Production: - Must be able to lift up to 50lbs repetitively throughout shift - Must be able to stand for a 10 hour shift - Must be able to work in a hot environment - Must be able to work with others - Basic skills of hand held power tools and measurement devices - Ability to write and verbally communicate with other employees and supervisor - Ability to multi-tasks while working in fast paced environment QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
