Arizona/New Mexico

Join our team at Terex/Genie and embark on an exciting opportunity as we seek a skilled and dedicated Regional Product Support Representative II to contribute to the Product Support team.

What you'll do

  • Identify and resolve customer concerns with Terex AWP products.
  • Complete daily work orders, including entering daily activities into our CRM system.
  • Assist customers with their service training needs and information.
  • Assist Engineering as requested with the improvement and development of AWP products.
  • Assist all customers with the safe and proper operation of Terex AWP
  • products.
  • Assist Terex Product Safety upon request.
  • Create and maintain relationships within their respective territory.
  • Work with area Sales and Parts personnel regularly to grow business market share.
  • 70% travel within the territory required

  • Ability to set priorities and multitask while managing multiple assignments.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing conditions and work assignments. - - Confident interacting with diverse cultures and fostering strong relationships with both technical staff and management.
  • Motivated to learn and maintain a broad knowledge of the manufacturer's new and recent products.
  • Proficient in the use of equipment, tools & technology needed to troubleshoot and repair AWP products. (computers, hand tools and digital devices).
  • Proficient with MS Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Preferred Previous Experience:

  • 3+ years' Technical Service experience within the heavy equipment or similar industry.
  • A basic technical knowledge of aerial work platforms.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Genie products is preferable

Salary: The salary range for this position is $75,000 - $90,000 USD. The salary range may be higher or lower depending on the applicant's location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus.
