Summary

As the Regional Sales Manager for Swenson (an Aebi Schmidt Group brand), you will lead strategic sales initiatives across the Western Territory, spearhead revenue growth, build lasting client relationships, and expand market share.

You'll be part of a team that values innovation, collaboration, and long-term success that empowers you to make a measurable impact while advancing your career.

Note: ~75% travel is required, with the expectation that you will work from home during non-travel days. The ideal candidate will reside in the Western Territory to better align with travel needs and coverage.

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead regional sales strategy to grow revenue and market share
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular travel
  • Deliver product training and presentations to clients and prospects
  • Prepare accurate quotes and contracts aligned with customer needs
  • Forecast delivery timelines and resolve customer concerns proactively
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Utilize Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite to manage sales activities
  • Represent Swenson brand at industry events and trade shows

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Five or more (5+) years of regional sales experience, ideally in truck equipment or a related sector
  • A strong track record of sales leadership and regional management
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and basic maintenance skills
  • Ability to travel 3 weeks per month (3-4 days per week)
  • Knowledge of snow and ice equipment is a plus
