BlueHalo, an AV company, has an immediate opening for a Senior Logistics Project Administrator to support multiple programs within the Space Technologies business unit. The selected candidate will work with teams and customers in a dynamic and product focused environment focused on space products and component technology. This is an onsite role based in Albuquerque, NM, offering the opportunity to be part of a high-impact team driving innovation in space technology.

Responsibilities:



  • Assist with material tracking and logistics coordination to ensure timely procurement, delivery, and inventory of parts and equipment supporting the build of space system hardware.
  • Support the development and maintenance of program plans, schedules, logistics, and timelines in coordination with program managers.
  • Monitor budgets and resource allocations related to material needs.
  • Maintain status trackers for deliveries, supplier commitments, and inventory levels.
  • Participate in change management processes by updating schedules and material data as program scope evolves.
  • Support internal and customer-facing communication efforts by preparing logistics updates and briefings.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including procurement, supply chain, engineering, and manufacturing.
  • Identify and escalate supply chain risks, long lead material challenges/opportunities and potential delays.
  • Perform other program coordination tasks in alignment with program management as necessary.


Required Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in business management or business administration.
  • 2+ years relevant experience in logistics, materials, supply chain, or project coordination in an aerospace, defense, or manufacturing environment.
  • Familiarity with the project and product lifecycle and basic project management concepts.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); exposure to MS Project or scheduling tools is a plus.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a US DoD security clearance.


Desired Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business administration, or a related field.
  • Experience working with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, and/or Procurement practices and processes
  • Exposure to ERP, MRP, and MES systems.
  • Experience with aerospace parts demand / forecasting / planning.
  • Understanding of procurement processes and inventory controls.
  • Interest in growing into a project or program management role.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Superior attention to detail.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Current and active DoD security clearance.


Salary Range: $65k-$82k

The BlueHalo pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Determination of official compensation or salary relies on several factors including, but not limited to, level of position, job responsibilities, geographic location, scope of relevant work experience, educational background, certifications, contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements, alignment with local internal equity as well as alignment with market data.
