BH Link Director (Full Time)

Community Care Alliance seeks a highly qualified candidate for BH Link director. The BH Link is a 24/7 crisis triage center staffed by an interdisciplinary treatment team. The BH Link director will drive change at the individual, community, and systems level through staff management, program design and evaluation, outreach, and coordination. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role in a critical statewide program.

Essential Qualifications:


  • Demonstrated capacity to lead complex systems
  • Ability to articulate and adhere to a program's mission, vision, and values
  • Exceptional writing abilities
  • Advanced proficiency in managing budgets and in analyzing and applying data and outcomes measures
  • Demonstrated commitment to addressing systemic, community, and individual challenges in behavioral health and/or social determinants of health through an anti-oppression lens
  • Excellent crisis intervention and triage skills, with proven ability to flourish and promote a culture of access in high-acuity settings
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with colleagues, supervisees, and clients

Skills and Experience:


  • Master's degree in social work or related field, with independent licensure, preferred. Can substitute education and/or licensure with 5+ years of leadership experience in human services, social services, or adjacent.
  • 3-5 years of director-level leadership experience strongly preferred
  • Experience managing crises strongly preferred, in settings such as behavioral health treatment programs, emergency services, homeless shelters, crisis centers, or similar
