We are looking for a Client Success Specialist (Vehicle Acquisition) to join Element Fleet Management. As the Client Success Specialist - Vehicle Acquisition- you will be serve as the primary client partner and process owner for the end-to-end acquisition of fleet vehicles, from model year setup through delivery. The position is accountable for guiding clients through specification, cost analysis, and manufacturer selection to ensure acquisition decisions align with their fleet performance and financial goals. Success in this role results in a seamless client acquisition experience, optimized total cost of ownership, and strengthened client relationships that support retention and Element's overall profitability.

A Day in the Life

  • Primary client contact & owner of the factory order acquisitions process (wing-to-wing).

  • Guides client through evaluation of models and manufacturers that best align clients overall fleet performance goals

  • Assists client with vehicle/specification decision-making

  • Works directly with Commercial including VP, AE, Sales, Consultants on account strategies

  • Engage with Customer Service Associate (CSA) to create and maintain Fleet specs

  • Creates LCCA, payment schedules & Price & Specs

  • Creates OEM comparisons

  • Make recommendations on best value packages & equipment

  • Research/resolves client inquiries on a variety of acquisitions related task from order placement thru delivery by engaging with other acquisition team

  • Interact with client's OEM rep as needed

  • Keeps client abreast of OEM changes impacting their fleet

  • Client point of contact for Fleet Select and DLO training and inquires

  • Manages clients overall acquisition experience in accordance with the new-vehicle acquisition processes in conjunction with the Commercial and FPS

  • Create and maintain client specific Fleet Specs throughout the year and obtain approval

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field; or equivalent business experience.

  • 3-4 years of professional experience with direct client contact.

  • Strong negotiation and analytical skills.

  • Ability to influence client decisions with diplomacy and consultative skill.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills.

  • Effective decision-making and problem-solving ability.

  • Highly organized with strong time management skills; able to manage multiple priorities.

  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.

  • Results-oriented and accountable; takes ownership of outcomes.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

  • Ability to adapt to change with flexibility.

*Internally, this role is "Consultant, New Vehicle Acquisition"

The hiring base salary range for this position is $60,400- $83,100 annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individual's knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data.

Please note that the disclosed salary range is solely for candidates hired to perform work within this geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
