Responsibilities As a Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for managing a geographic territory in the sale of institutional retirement plans. You are responsible for providing regular contact and support to financial intermediaries (registered investment advisors, corporate trustees and other financial partners), and centers-of-influence within your defined territory - delivering proactive, ongoing promotion, and sales of BPAS services. Develop and execute a disciplined sales strategy within your territory to build and retain profitable, productive relationships by providing consultative sales support. You are responsible for proposal generation and "closing" new business opportunities to meet or exceed annual revenue goals. Be the external face of BPAS in your territory to find, build and nurture partnerships with financial intermediaries to their greatest potential. Maintain proficient knowledge of, and demonstrate ongoing compliance with all laws and regulations applicable to this position, ensure ongoing adherence to policies, procedures, and internal controls, and meet all training requirements in a timely manner.
