Onsite - Greenfield, WI * Monday-Friday \| 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM About the Role We are seeking a dependable and personable individual to join our team as a Customer Service & Medical Equipment Sales Associate. In this role, you will be the face of our organization, working directly with clients to provide essential medical equipment and support. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others, thrives in a hands-on environment, and values accuracy and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Provide direct customer service and support to clients. * Educate patients on the use of medical equipment such as walkers, bath safety items, and mobility aids. * Perform basic assembly of medical equipment. * Unpack and organize incoming shipments (must be able to lift up to 35 lbs). * Accurately enter patient demographics and sales orders into the system. * Ensure all necessary documentation is collected for billing and compliance. Qualifications * Strong interpersonal and communication skills. * Proven experience in customer service or a client-facing role. * Accurate and efficient data entry skills (must pass a typing/keyboard test). * Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented. * Ability to lift and move equipment as needed. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
