About the Role We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Newton, Iowa. Key Responsibilities * Respond to customer calls and emails promptly and professionally * Provide accurate information about products, services, and general inquiries * Process orders, route calls, and follow up as needed * Review and verify documentation for accuracy * Conduct insurance verification and obtain pre-authorizations * Navigate multiple EMR systems to access and update patient information * Communicate trends and issues to management * Contact patients regarding documentation and offer solutions to facilitate service Qualifications Must Have: * 1+ years of customer service experience (retail, restaurant, CNA, etc.) * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Preferred: * Experience in healthcare or medical terminology * Call center or inbound call experience * Experience in nursing homes or CNA roles Work Environment * 100% onsite in Newton, IA * Standard hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM * Occasional shifts: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM and rotating weekends (12-hour shifts) * Training: 2 weeks (Week 1: orientation and systems training; Week 2: mentored call handling) Why Join Us? * Opportunity to be hired full-time based on performance * Career advancement - many leaders started in this role * Supportive team environment with hands-on training *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
