What You'll Do:
* Provide empathetic support and guidance to callers seeking rental assistance, housing resources, or help navigating eviction. * Assist homebuyers and homeowners with questions related to purchasing or maintaining a home. * Respond to inquiries about multi-family housing, including tenant complaints and rental needs. * Use a knowledge base to deliver accurate, helpful information and referrals. * Document all customer interactions in an internal database with clarity and care. What You Bring: * Education: High School Diploma or GED. * Experience: * 2 years in property management. * 1 year in a contact center or phone-based customer service role (e.g., receptionist, admin). * Availability: Must be able to work evening shifts until 8PM. * Skills: Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving abilities. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
