The role is based in Madison, WI (onsite). Be part of a dedicated, safety-focused, and innovative team in Frozen Packaging on 2nd Shift, where together we can achieve greatness and make a real impact. Your potential is our inspiration.

Where You'll Make a Difference

  • Ensure compliance with quality systems such as ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, and Food Safety standards.

  • Follow all company policies including Quality, Safety, GMPs, HACCP, and Environmental guidelines.

  • Mix, blend, and formulate materials according to established formulas and procedures.

  • Operate production equipment including batch tanks, freezers, scales, forklifts, and packaging systems.

  • Monitor production processes by checking temperature, pressure, pH, weights, and volumes.

  • Collect lab samples and interpret charts to maintain process accuracy.

  • Adjust control instruments and add raw materials as needed per SOPs.

  • Maintain accurate logs of production processes, equipment, and cleaning activities.

  • Perform routine maintenance and minor mechanical adjustments on equipment.

  • Strong understanding of quality and food safety standards.

  • Ability to follow SOPs and work instructions precisely.

  • Mechanical aptitude for operating and troubleshooting production equipment.

  • Attention to detail in monitoring and recording process data.

  • Capability to recognize and correct atypical conditions.

  • Experience with cleaning, sanitizing, and sterilizing equipment.

  • Physical ability to move raw materials and products throughout the plant.

  • Commitment to safety and compliance with health and environmental policies.

  • Reliable attendance and participation in safety training.

How Would You Stand Out?

  • Previous experience in a food manufacturing or production environment.

  • Familiarity with ISO and FSSC certifications.

  • Proven track record of improving processes and reducing errors.
