Make your mark at the world's largest HVAC company Daikin Applied is seeking a Technical Support Project Manager for Chillers who plans, directs, and coordinates activities of designated critical projects to ensure that goals or objectives of projects are accomplished within prescribed time frames, by performing the following duties personally or through peers/subordinate supervisors. - * Establishes work plan and resources required for each phase of project(critical jobs), and arranges for recruitment or assignment of project personnel as required/necessary
- * Leads a weekly meeting where stakeholders will be informed and assigned tasks to bring open customer issued to closure.
- * Maintains a live/accessible repository of the open critical jobs with status and associated actions.
- * Reviews project plan to determine time frame, potential costs, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing/support requirements, and available resources for various phases of project.
- * Confers with project staff to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority.
- * Plans and analyzes assigned projects, establishes schedules and project parameters, and sets procedures to accomplish system objectives.
- * Establishes a professional relationship with stakeholders and interfaces constantly to maintain accurate status reports and project reviews
- * Prepares project(critical jobs) reports for management, client, or others
- * Responsible for the timely and successful completion of projects(critical jobs).
- * Maintains customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, implementing corrective action, and communicating with customers and assigned staff

Minimum Qualifications:
- * BA Degree or equivalent experience
- * 2 to 4 + years of project management experience
- * Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position

The typical annual base salary for this position ranges from $80,400 - $132,800 in VA. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
