2831-990 GENERAL DESCRIPTION / PRIMARY PURPOSE: This role is central to advancing HR operations and strengthening employee engagement across multiple units within the Operations Terminal and Transportation division. The position collaborates closely with leadership to drive strategic HR initiatives, maintain compliance, and promote a positive workplace culture. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS/DUTIES OF THE POSITION: * Lead employee engagement and relations initiatives across OPS T&T locations (Wilmington, DE; San-Diego, CA; Freeport, Texas; Gulfport, MS; and Tampa, FL.) * Heavy employee relations to ensure compliance with Federal and State employment law requirements. * Oversee performance evaluations, job descriptions, training, and career planning succession. * Maintain HRIS (ADP) data integrity and support system enhancements. * Assessing organizational structure developing and presenting solutions to leadership for implementation. * Foster delivery of internal and external training to enhance employees' development. * Submitting monthly, quarterly, and annual HR compliance reports as required. * Coordinate AAP reporting and support HR audits. * Manage LOA and Workers' Compensation processes. * Support talent development, internship programs, and onboarding/offboarding. * Collaborate with the Sr. Terminal Manager to develop initiatives to improve employee's development as well as to ensure compliance to Dole policies and procedures.
